It's because that login via mobile number requires OTP authentication and only mobile numbers that are verified are allowed to use this feature.

Don't worry, we got you covered. First, you can log in using your registered email id, Facebook or Google id and then get your mobile number verified by visiting the My Account section in the App. Once the mobile verification is successful, you can log in with your registered mobile number.

If still, you're unable to log in using your mobile number, below could be the reasons:

  • Mobile number not verified
  • The mobile number that you are using is already linked with another account
  • The account could be suspended
